Freezing the Pipes
To create a controlled environment, our engineers strategically froze the pipes connected to the urinal cistern, allowing us to halt the water flow temporarily.
Isolation Valve Replacement
Before attempting the cistern replacement, our team replaced the isolation valves to ensure a secure and controlled environment for the upcoming repairs.

With the isolation valves in place, we proceeded to replace the malfunctioning urinal cistern with a new, efficient unit.
Unveiling an Additional Challenge: Pinhole in the Pipe
During the repair process, our attentive engineers identified a pinhole in one of the pipes connected to the urinal. RecogniSing the potential for further issues, they recommended and carried out the replacement of the damaged pipe.
